CNT Consulting (Pty) Ltd was founded in 2018 to help clients deal with the legal, technical, and administrative demands of environmental and regulatory approvals in South Africa.

Many projects are delayed not because the project itself is weak, but because the authorisation process was not planned early enough, the wrong route was followed, specialist inputs were missing, or authority questions were not dealt with properly. CNT Consulting works to prevent those problems before they become expensive delays.

We support clients in the mining, water, waste, infrastructure, industrial, agricultural, and broader environmental sectors. Our role is to bring the approval process together: legislation, technical studies, stakeholder engagement, submissions, authority communication, and compliance support.

We do not treat applications as generic templates. Each project is screened on its own facts: location, listed activities, water uses, mineral rights, site sensitivity, landowner issues, public participation needs, technical studies, and authority expectations.
